Woollard Next Electronics undertake to complete all repairs within 48 hours, the only exception to this being if parts or service data are difficult to obtain. If something is needed urgently, we also offer an express service as well as making house calls for minor repairs. Where transport is a problem, a pick up and delivery service is available.

Any warranty repairs can be taken directly to our Hastings or Napier Centres, or to the retailer where the purchase was made.
